This site and its referral service are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By submitting a request, you represent that you are at least 18.

What this service is, and isn't

St. George Plumber Pro is an independent referral service. We connect homeowners in the St. George, UT area with independent, third-party licensed plumbing contractors -- we do not perform plumbing work ourselves. Always ask to see a provider’s Utah plumbing contractor license number and verify it directly with the Utah Division of Professional Licensing before hiring. We do not build, remodel, or re-pipe homes, and we do not match requests for that work. We do not guarantee the price, timeline, quality, or insurance coverage of any company we connect you with. Any agreement you enter into for plumbing work is solely between you and the independent company; we are not a party to it.

No warranty; limitation of liability

This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We research and source the cost figures, licensing information, and guidance we publish, but prices, regulations, and conditions change, and we do not guarantee their accuracy for your specific situation. Verify time-sensitive figures with the company quoting your job. Guides on this site describe general steps a homeowner can take, such as locating a shutoff valve; you are responsible for your own safety and for deciding when to stop and call a professional or your local utility in an emergency. To the fullest extent permitted by law, St. George Plumber Pro is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site, your reliance on its content, or your dealings with any company referred through this service.

SMS program terms

If you provide a mobile phone number and opt in, you may receive text messages from St. George Plumber Pro related to your service request, for example confirming we received it or telling you which company will be contacting you. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Reply STOP to opt out of messages at any time; reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service, and opting out of texts does not affect your ability to receive a phone call or use this site. You must be 18 or older to opt in.

Consent given at submission covers St. George Plumber Pro and the independent company (or companies) we match you with. If your request is later matched to a different provider not named when you submitted it, that provider will obtain its own consent before sending you automated marketing messages.

Phone calls and call recording

By providing a phone number, you consent to be contacted by St. George Plumber Pro and matched independent companies about your request, including by phone, which may involve autodialed or prerecorded calls or texts consistent with applicable law. Calls to our tracked number may be recorded, with a disclosure at the start of the call; see our Privacy Policy for details. Consent to be contacted is not required to obtain plumbing services generally, but it is necessary to use this referral service, since we can only connect you with a company if one can reach you.

Third-party matching

St. George Plumber Pro connects you with independent, third-party plumbing companies. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, statements, pricing, scheduling, or work quality of any company we refer. Any dispute regarding work performed is between you and that company.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a request, not to submit requests on behalf of someone who hasn't asked you to, not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to disrupt or interfere with its operation.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, cost data compilations, guides, and design, is owned by St. George Plumber Pro or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last reviewed" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
