What information we collect

When you submit a request through this site, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, phone number, email address, city or ZIP code, and details about the plumbing problem and the service you need. We also collect standard technical information automatically, such as IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and the page or source that brought you here, through the cookies and similar technologies described below.

SMS opt-in data

If you provide a mobile phone number and check the consent box to receive calls and text messages, we collect and store that number, the consent you gave (including the exact wording shown and the date and time), and our message history with you, for compliance and service purposes. Checking the box is optional; you can submit a request without it. No mobile opt-in data or consent will be shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes, under any circumstances. Your phone number is shared only with the specific independent plumbing company needed to fulfill your request, and is never sold, rented, or shared for unrelated marketing.

How we use your information

• To match your request with an independent, licensed plumbing company that serves your area and to share the details that company needs to contact you about it.
• To send you service-related communications, such as confirming we received your request or telling you which company will be contacting you, by phone, text, or email, consistent with the consent you gave.
• To operate, maintain, and improve this site, including understanding which pages and guides visitors find useful.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

How we share information, and the fulfillment-only rule

This site is a referral service, not a plumbing company. To fulfill your request, we share your contact information and the details of your request with the specific independent, licensed company (or companies) we match you with. That is the only routine sharing we do with your personal information. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share SMS opt-in data or consent records with any third party for marketing purposes. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect against fraud or abuse, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information under the new ownership.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, for analytics (understanding how visitors use the site), and to measure whether a visit resulted in a phone call or a form submission. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some site functionality. We do not currently serve third-party advertising on this site.

Call recording

Calls to a tracked phone number on this site may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance and lead-verification purposes. Recording is not active until a live number is published. Utah's recording law (Utah Code § 77-23a-4) allows a call to be recorded with one party's consent, but we don't rely on that alone: where recording is enabled, you will hear a disclosure at the start of the call, and continuing the call after it is your acknowledgment. If you'd rather not be recorded, say so at the start of the call or use the form on our contact page instead.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the information you provide, including limiting access to request information to what is needed to operate this service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and choices

• Opt out of texts: reply STOP to any text message from us at any time to stop receiving further messages. Reply HELP for help.
• Access, correct, or delete your information: you can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, and request its correction or deletion, through the contact page. We honor requests subject to any legal retention requirements.
• Opt out of non-essential communications: you can ask us at any time to stop contacting you about anything other than a request already in progress.
• Sale of information: we do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front. You can confirm that with us at any time.

Children's privacy

This site and its services are intended for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last reviewed" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted here.
